This 38′ 2009 Damon Astoria Pacific Edition 3772 has been extremely well maintained and is in excellent condition. It also includes (2) 13,500 BTU air conditioners with separate thermostats in the living and bedroom, 34000 BTU electric ignition furnace, a 10 gal hot water tank that can run LP or electric, and auto or manual leveling jacks.
